Do you suffer from insomnia? Watch your heart!
Are you for staying up all night because you can not sleep or just enjoying activities at night? If so, you may need to reorganize your practice soon, because to do so might be inflicting great damage to your health. A new study conducted by the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim, and published in Circulation: Journal of the American Heart Association , which used the medical records of more than 52,000 men and women in Norway through 11 years, suggests that the nights without sleep can increase the risk of suffering a heart attack . Of the participants, those people who had trouble sleeping at night were 30 to 45 percent more likely to suffer from poorly compared to those who had never gone through this problem. The results also found that the more severe were the symptoms of insomnia , increased were the dangers facing the person. To improve the situation, researchers suggest that changing patterns of sleep, starting with the hygiene of the place where you sleep , and seek therapy either with drugs or natural processes.
