Remedies for Body Odor

You're at a party and everyone is dancing. Play your favorite song. You wake up with enthusiasm and when you start to move your body, you realize that your armpits are two large moons, very wet. To explain this easier, sweat, and sweat a lot. The problem is not just sweat, the problem is that you feel that sweat is ... smell. All sweat, is a reality. Some people do more, some less. But when we speak of "Odor" we must take into account a number of considerations to get to the root of the problem.



1. You're eating spicy food: Pay attention to what you eat. Perhaps the grandmother's recipe full of cumin is not a good option when trying to sweat odorless. REMEDIES FOR BAD ODOR:

2. Prepare a Sage tea and drink it for a week. This will make you sweat less and body odors are neutralized.

3. As a deodorant can mix distilled water with natural oil drops of your favorite (lemon or orange) . You can also add a few drops of tree oil or tea tree is a disinfectant. This deodorant is corporeal, so when you need to refresh your body, use it.
