Coffee may reduce the risk of skin cancer

If you are what you call a coffee, you wake up in the morning and you can not start the day without good coffee hot, and after dinner digestion prefer to make this drink in hand, know that you could be protecting your body against cancer. According to a new study created by the Brigham and Women's Hospital School of Medicine, Harvard University, drinking coffee may help prevent BCC, one of the types of skin cancer more common. Of the 110,000 participants the study found that women who drank more than three cups of coffee per day had a 20% lower risk of developing the disease than those who consumed less than one drink per month. For their part, men who drank more than three cups had a 9% reduction in the risk of acquiring this type of cancer. It is the researchers believe that caffeine helps the compound that can perform this behavior. Yet even if it has positive effects on health, your help is minimal when compared with other treatments previously used to prevent or counteract the evil.
