Celebrate Halloween without losing the figure
With more than 20 grams of sugar and 200 calories per six small squares of chocolate, it is difficult to celebrate Halloween without losing shape. Nutrition information per serving: Calories 94, Fat: 8.5 g carbs: 5.4 g, Protein: 2 g CHOCOLATE CRUNCH-A-CLUSTERS Serves: 6 - 1 / 2 service cup small pretzels 1 cup 1 cup popcorn 1 / 4 cup pumpkin seeds 4 tablespoons of 70% cocoa or cocoa paste Pinch of sea salt (optional) Cayenne pepper ( cayenne pepper) to taste (optional) Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Melt chocolate over hot water bath. Pour the chocolate over the dry ingredients and blend. Season with sea salt and cayenne pepper to taste. Transfer the mixture to a tray lined with parchment paper or wax paper, then refrigerate for about 10 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
