During the study, scientists gave a a group of participants some word, which had a type of relationship between them. Then was assigned to recall at least half of the list had been given. According to the results obtained through this exercise, the experts could conclude that having the opportunity to forget the other half gave respondents the opportunity to remember those words better if they had repeated. Also, the study asserts that forgetting unnecessary information also appears to be a good thing to solve problems more quickly and helps you remember things that are most important.
