Determine how much salt you consume your health

If you are someone who enjoys salty foods or large amounts of condiments, you could be doing great harm to your health. A new report published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC for short) revealed that 88% of U.S. children and adults ingest more sodium each day than the recommended amount on consumer spending limits by 53%.

He highlighted that 99% of the population is at greater risk from consumption of salt , such as those above 50 years, African Americans, people with conditions such as pressure high blood, diabetes and kidney disease, among others, consumed much higher levels than recommended. The report, based on a CDC survey conducted between 2005 and 2008, also showed off over the years the public had more knowledge about the evils caused by excess dietary sodium and blood . Studies have shown that consuming above salt in large quantities can cause hypertension, which can lead to problems such as attacks on heart and stroke.
