Abuse of superfoods is bad for health

It is true that avocados and plums are considered superfoods-the former because it helps us get a six pack of envy and the latter because you bring so much to our sex life - but not have to eat five dozen avocados and plums a day. As indicated by health experts, this abuse could only be counterproductive to our body. In recent years there has been talk of many superfoods that help us stay healthy, but I think the idea has never been us to focus on a couple of them and that until the cows eat, or eat them in excess. The 'trick' to stay healthy is to open our horizons and incorporate all kinds of vegetables and fruits to our diet, so taking stock of everything you eat every day, do not lack any nutrients to the body.

Superfruits Overeating full of antioxidants, could affect regulatory functions or neutralizing defense mechanism of oxidant-dependent nature , the specialist said Agustin Lopez Munguia, the newspaper El Universal . The member of the Biotechnology Institute of UNAM in Mexico, said consumption antioxidants from fruits and vegetables is appropriate for the health when consumed in recommended servings for a balanced diet. The antioxidants present in fruits and vegetables exclusively, but are found in most foods. Any antioxidants administered in inadequate amounts can cause oxidative stress in those who consume them.

Munguia said that for example, although the sugar content of some fruits like grapes, which are rich in phytochemicals beneficial to health, in abundance could represent a significant amount of calories . For an overweight person, eating a whole bunch of grapes would do more harm than good. Munguia told El Universal that one should not forget that to the extent that combines fruits and vegetables will give a better health. Notified on benefits of each fruit and vegetables is always a good idea, but try your diet that incorporates a greater variety of food and never eat in excess, is the recipe to keep you strong to disease and obesity .
