Commuting is bad for health

According to a new study, that you do every day journey by car, train or bus, it is quite damaging to your health. To travel to your work ideally use walking or cycling, according to research published in the journal BMC Public Health . The results of this study are based on a survey of 21.000 full-time workers, aged between 18 and 64, in southern Sweden.
