Avoiding excess wax in the ears

I know I talk about you suddenly can seem a bit rude. But the truth is we all have wax in the ears. The ear canal produces this goo to protect the ear and then out through the conduit to the inside, and that's when we see it. There are some people that seem to produce more than others. I almost I have ears dry and I think that is because although it sounds weird, I clean them so close together. Wiping diarimente instead of help can make the wax moves to different places where you can stick and cause serious problems. Want to take care of your ears and keep them clean?

I offer these tips:

1. Dry your ears after swimming or swim, and shakes his head to remove water that you may have entered into the ears. Also, a few drops of hydrogen peroxide will help dry out any moisture that may remain.

2. If you suffer from earwax can resort to the technique of "ear candling" or known as candle in the ear. It is a special candle bee wax in your ear you burn and heat stimulates the area. You can see video here

3. A wonderful recipe for the hearing is to place a piece of onion on the stove in olive oil until hot. Then take it with a dropper and a comfortable temperature, you do not burn, put it in the ear on that side and rest 5 minutes.

4. Do not put any sharp objects in my ears, I mean especially the sticks or anything you think you can help flush the wax.

5. Wash Chamomile: Make a chamomile tea, let it warm up and then do a wash dropper in each ear. If you have pain, this will calm him down, provided it is not an infection. If you have an infection call your doctor

What is bad breath and how to combat

How can you tell if you smell in the mouth?

Cover your mouth with a tissue and blow. If you notice any unpleasant smell, look for a solution.

The halitosis is a problem that is intensified by stress, sinus disorders, mouth sores, tooth decay, gum infections and the snuff. It may even be a result of excessive dryness in the mouth. He also said that bad breath can be caused by gases released from the intestine and absorbed through the lungs, this theory is contradicted by several specialists who only attribute it to problems in the mouth. Whatever the cause, we want to always have fresh breath and every time we talk, what TV commercial, get out of our mouths ... roses and jasmine.

There are several types of bad breath:

• Idiopathic: There is no known reason why such symptoms occur.

 • Depending on the weather:

a. Exentual: The patient is free of halitosis.

b. Flashing interval is characterized by alternating presence and absence of halitosis.

c. Continuing: No interruption in the presence of halitosis in the patient.

• According to the odor emitted:

a. Specific: The aroma released is a type of specific odor, for example: Alcohol, urine, acetone, etc..

b. Nonspecific: Can not be determined that the smell emitted by the patient belongs to a particular type of smell, for example, decaying organic materials.

REMEDIES:

1. Use a toothpaste with chlorophyll.

2 . Take a drink of water dilute liquid chlorophyll in the morning.

3. If the halitosis is caused by inflamed gums, make an appointment with your dentist and fix the problem

4. When brushing your teeth, do not neglect your tongue, because Just as food debris accumulates.

5. Watch what you eat, eliminating spicy foods.

6. Replace the toothbrush every month and floss after brushing.

7. A home remedy is to chew a piece of lemon after meals.

8. After brushing your teeth, rinse your mouth with warm water and a pinch of baking.

The home therapy is effective in severe pneumonia

Children with pneumonia treated at home seriously by the Family Health Program in Pakistan , also known as Lady Health Workers are more likely to recover than children referred to health centers, said the organization Save the Children . The study has come to this conclusion, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID, for its acronym in English) and coordinated by theWorld Health Organization (WHO) has been published in The Lancet .
The results are published before the World Pneumonia Day, which aims to focus world attention on the leading cause of infant death. Approximately 1.4 million children under 5 years die annually of pneumonia , 99% of them live in developing countries. "Pneumonia is highly treatable with inexpensive antibiotics, however, remains the leading cause of infant death," says Carolyn Miles, president of Save the Children. "The new results are promising and practical in reducing child deaths from severe pneumonia in the most affected communities. The training and support for health workers are the heart of the solution."
Quality care
The study focuses on a major obstacle to effective treatment of pneumonia: the difficulty of access to quality health services. In poor and isolated communities, where more cases of pneumonia, major challenges include the distance to a health center, lack of transport and costs.
Amid a global health workforce crisis, Pakistan is one of the low-income countries has grown in the deployment of community health workers to improve maternal and child health, in the case of Lady Health Workers , they receive training for several months, continuous monitoring and basic supplies, and serve about 200 families per month throughout the country.
The study followed 3211 for children with severe pneumonia in Haripur district, Pakistan. The control group received an initial dose of oral antibiotics and referred to a health center, some families moved to the health center, while others did not receive appropriate treatment despite having been displaced.
Antibiotic Teapia
The experimental group was treated at home with oral antibiotics for five days and attended by health workers who had received additional training. The rate of treatment failure was 50% lower in the experimental group. After five days, 18% of children referred to a center were still sick, compared with 9% of those treated at home by health workers. Previous studies have shown that community health workers can successfully treat children with non-severe pneumonia at home and substantially reduce mortality rates.
However, WHO does not allow home treatment when pneumonia is defined as serious. Worldwide, there are many families who are unable to reach a health center. Until the publication of this new study, no previous randomized study has shown rigorously whether community health workers can effectively treat cases of severe pneumonia at home.
Best home
"Our study aimed to demonstrate that children can recover just as a severe pneumonia when treated at home than when referred to a health center." According to Elizabeth Mason, Director of WHO, "the Pakistan test results are very promising and will be subject of future studies. If we observe similar results in other places, we will update the overall approach for the treatment much more accessible for families, help governments make the most of limited resources, and save more lives. Some patients with cancer suffer from dry mouth, and according to new study, acupuncture can help relieve these side effects of the disease. According to research by the Universtity of Texas, people who were treated with radiation therapy for cancer head and neck, reduced dry mouth after receiving an acupuncture treatment. The dry mouth, also known as xerostomia , occurs when there is not enough saliva in the mouth.

"The medical implications are profound in terms of quality of life, because while the dry mouth chronic level appears to be benign, has a big impact on sleep, eat and talk," said Lorenzo Cohen, director of MD Anderson's Integrative Medicine Program . "Without saliva, there may be a further growth of microbes, a possible bone infection, and nutritional deficiencies irreversible." After six months of acupuncture treatment, cancer patients investigated showed a significant improvement in dry mouth . The scientists looked at 86 people with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who were receiving radiotherapy. Forty of the patients received acupuncture three times a week, so in addition to other therapies. While researchers say they still need more studies on this topic, once again we see that this millennial therapy is part of the alternative medicine can offer many benefits to our health.

The true natural aphrodisiacs are ...

There is a long list of foods and products that in theory improve sexual desire and performance of individuals, and for thousands of years have been used around the world without actually have a scientific basis to make it clear whether they work or not . Trying to discover if it was true that some natural substances can stimulate human sexually, a group of Canadian researchers gave at last the true aphrodisiacs .

And note that this will be very useful in bed: it is nothing more and nothing less than the ginseng and saffron . Do you think the finding little sexy? Do not throw it on deaf ears, because in the study reported the journal Food Research International, states that there is evidence that both substances are "true performance enhancers" sexual . explained Professor Massimo Marcone of the University of Guelph, the study by his team is the most extensive scientific review has been done so far on the subject of aphrodisiacs. The main objective of his research was to discover whether there was any natural substance that could be used as an alternative to chemicals such as Viag and Clialis, two drugs used to treat erectile dysfunction.

According to the report of the experts, both drugs can produce dangerous side effects and unpleasant, as well as any of them increases the libido. What the doctors wanted to find, it was natural substances that may enhance sexual performance, both psychologically and physiologically. The researchers found that saffron itself had an effect in stimulating sexual drive and performance. Other substances also improved sexual function, were ginseng and yohimbine. None of the statements of this study is conclusive, so Marcone says to do more research to see if a viable future use spread of these substances as aphrodisiacs and / or as an alternative to treat some sexual disorders.

How to have a period less uncomfortable

Are you walking down the street and you see a dog tied to a pole and makes you want to mourn? Does your partner asks you how you did and argue with him because you do not stand it or yourself? No one understands you because every month you go through the same pains. Yes, we are women and menstruation is quite uncomfortable for some. My sister for example pulling two days in bed with cramps and once even came close to fainting. During this period I learned that there are many things we can do to make these days are not as dark and can continue with your activities and that the "period" remains this, a period for which it had not he whom we pass over to us.

1. Eat lighter in those days: a vegetarian diet would be great for you. While eat lighter, less bloated you'll feel. Alterations in the levels of estrogen and progesterone do the work. As if it were a chemical conspiracy, these hormones order to retain water body until the period ends.

2. Controls the bad humor: if we put in mind that we are going through these days and pink to put things that happen to us, you will see that this cup pass through easier. Take a natural supplement St John Worth if you feel depressed and if you feel out of energy, B complex is wonderful.

3. One, Two and Three: if you're the active type and do not mind keep doing your routine while you are with the period, still does. However, Ayurvedic medicine and various Eastern schools recommend that a woman down the activity in these days. I recommend yoga or pilates, something calmer for you.

4. No more sex?: on the contrary. If you do not mind having sex with your partner in those days there is no obstacle, problem or risk to make love to your partner, unless modesty or hygiene. I commented that there is evidence that sex can kill your stomach ache and your bad mood. Use a condom! I confess that to me is not a problem, yes, always have wipes and a shower after the act.

5. Treat yourself: a self-massage with oil of plants and plant extracts such as camphor, peppermint, witch hazel or lemon , is perfect. If you have a lot of pain make a cinnamon tea . To make an infusion of cinnamon, take two cinnamon sticks in two cups water and bring to boil. Remove from heat when it starts to boil and let stand 5 minutes. Sweeten to taste
